ALGO ADS PRIVATE LIMITED provides an End-to-End Digital Ecosystem focused on transforming digital presence into profitable revenue streams. Our core services include:
- Integrated Solutions: Lead Generation (Target Audience Profiling, Multi-Channel Acquisition, Lead Qualification), proprietary SaaS CRM Software, and Sales Automation Programs.
- Digital Marketing: Social Campaigns and Branding, and Google Keyword Ranking (SEO) through a 3-Pillar strategy (Technical SEO, On-Page SEO & Content, Off-Page SEO & Authority).
- Web Development: Custom Web Software Development, including B2B Portals, E-commerce Platforms, and Content Management Systems (CMS).
3. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to:
- Cooperate with ALGO ADS, including timely provision of all necessary content, access credentials, and data required to execute the agreed-upon strategies and services.
- Ensure all data provided is accurate and complies with relevant laws and regulations.
4. Fees, Payment, and Renewals
Fees for all services (including recurring SaaS CRM subscriptions, retainer-based campaigns, and fixed-cost development projects) will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work ("SOW").
All fees are due according to the payment schedule specified in the SOW.
Recurring services (SaaS CRM, Lead Generation, SEO, Social Campaigns) are typically billed monthly or annually and may be subject to automatic renewal unless terminated by written notice as specified in the SOW.
5. Intellectual Property
- ALGO ADS IP: The proprietary Algo SaaS CRM Software, Sales Automation workflows, and all internal methodologies (e.g., SEO strategy) remain the exclusive property of ALGO ADS PRIVATE LIMITED.
- Client IP: The Client retains ownership of all pre-existing content, trademarks, and intellectual property.
- Custom Development IP: For custom Web Software Development, the ownership of the final codebase will be defined in the specific SOW.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
ALGO ADS is results-focused and commits to measurable ROI and continuous optimization. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes for digital marketing (e.g., keyword rank position or lead volume) due to the dynamic nature of search engines, ad platforms, and market conditions.
Our liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service under which the liability arose.
